As soon as we walked through the door we could tell this one was different. We fell in love with the little things as well as the big. From the little detail of the corner bead of sheet rock to the outstanding wood work throughout the whole house. The upgraded faucets, granite counter tops, jetted bathtub in the master bath, to the gas line on the patio for a BBQ grill. You can tell the time spent thinking of how to stand out from the rest of the home builders was time well spent. Quality built is a big thing for me having a construction background and Vantage Point has made sure that quality comes first. In fact they have a one year warranty on their homes. Very easy to deal with and patient for those that have a lot of questions. My wife, kids, and I have found our forever home. Thanks to Vantage Point we have a quality built home that will last a life time.

During the tour we talked to the home owners about their experience in the process of building. We had a remodeling job by Vantage Point to create four new rooms. This involved custom framing, drywall, electrics, plumbing, tile work, installation and finishing, almost all the items that you would have in a new build. The work was done on time, with great skill by everyone, and within the estimate. At every step, owner Jake Roberts and his team at Vantage Point were hard working, professional, and responsive. He kept us fully informed at every stage, working with us from the early design and layout, and then managing the entire process to completion. What’s more, the finished job looks great! When I decided to build a new home I talked with many contractors. The last one I talked to was Jake Roberts at Vantage Point Construction. I called Jake and got no answer.
